The Problem to Solve:
Sitting at the computer to type in notes during a patient visit is time consuming and it detracts from the quality of care physicians can provide to the patient.

Integrated dictation reduces the time and money practices spend to have a doctor’s notes manually transcribed by a transcriber then entered into the patient’s record. Lost translation may happen during this time thus increases the patient safety.
